The redevelopment in partnership with Carlisle City council has combined The sands centre with The pool, to provide on one site, 1st class entertainment, leisure and swimming facilities.
The new centre hosts an 8 lane 25m pool, 4 lane 20m pool, gym, fitness zones, exercise studios, bar and café.
